How do I purchase a game?

Because every single game is different and made completely personal to you and your requirements, there is no ‘add to basket’ option. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and commission the making of your Youniverse.

What is the price of a game?

Due to the bespoke nature of the games, there are many variables that affect the price. (Find out more about customisation options).

How long will it take to make my game?

After confirming the full specification and requirements for your unique game, please allow 6 -8 weeks for completion and delivery.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide!

Please understand that shipping prices vary depending on location.
Price of shipping will be advised before you commission the making of your game.

Is there a limit to how many characters I can have?

The gaming boards can hold a maximum of 24 characters at any given time. However, we do offer the option to purchase additional characters that can be swapped in and out of your gaming board whenever you’d like.

Can I choose a different species of wood for each of my gaming boards?

Yes! If you’d like one board made from apple wood and your second board made from European walnut, who are we to deny you!? Your game = your choice!

Can I choose my own Fancy Dress items?

Due to the amount of work involved in ‘dressing’ the characters, items are allocated entirely at random. (This also adds an element of surprise when you receive your game)!
